Return and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Yoja, your satisfaction is our first priority. We strive to deliver products that exceed your expectations, but we understand that there might be instances where our products do not meet your needs. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which products purchased from Yoja may be returned for a refund or exchange.
2. Returns
a. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
b. Clearance items, special promotions, or discounted items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
c. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kbeautykiwi@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
3. Refunds
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
b. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
c. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will fully refund the product cost and any shipping charges incurred.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at kbeautykiwi@gmail.com.
5. Shipping
To return your product, please email us at kbeautykiwi@gmail.com and we will advise our return mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Consumer Guarantees Act
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ('CGA'), you have guaranteed legal rights for goods [and services] you purchase. These are called 'consumer guarantees', and include the following:
a. a guarantee that the goods are of acceptable quality, such that the goods are:
Fit for all the purposes for which goods of that type are commonly supplied;
Free from minor defects;
Safe and durable.
b. a guarantee that the goods are fit for any particular purpose made known by you, or for which we represent that they are or will be fit;
c. a guarantee that the goods correspond with any description with which the goods are supplied; and
d. a guarantee that the goods correspond with any sample or demonstration model where the goods are supplied by reference to such a sample or model.
If the goods [or services] we supply do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will meet our obligations under the CGA to provide a remedy.
This return and refund policy does not limit any rights that customers may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) 1993 or any other applicable laws.
